checkout & SHIPPING POLICY
All domestic orders will ship via UPS or USPS. During checkout, you will be given a choice of available shipping options. Due to occasional reliability issues, we reserve the right to upgrade your order to UPS at our expense. Note that not all methods are available to all locations.
Please consider Route+ Shipping Protection. Available in the cart for a nominal fee, Route will replace lost, misdirected and stolen packages shipped both domestically and internationally. Please note that we do not put a surcharge on this insurance, and we make nothing on it. It is simply a service that we are offering our customers.
We offer all domestic customers the ability to choose a signed delivery option for $3.50 by selecting the checkbox in the shopping cart. Due to the pandemic, carriers aren't always getting a direct signature, though they are supposed to make some visual contact with the customer.
If you do not select the signed delivery option, we can not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages, as carriers will not honor an insurance claim for a package marked "delivered." Note that Route+, however, will.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit / exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags, boxes and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with completed return form provided. Mail your return the following address:

We DO NOT issue refunds, store credit or exchange only..
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days to process your returns from the date of receipt. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Full or partial refunds will be issued if the error or delay is a result to Doodiebug’s Honey & Hemp negligence or error. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at customer service to arrange an exchange or store credit.

Cancellations made [48 hours] or more after a complete and successful payment at checkout will not be processed. Therefore, the customer will have to contact DBHH and request an (RMA) for exchange or store credit.
If Doodiebugs Honey & Hemp cancels an order a full refund will be issued without penalty.
